Ava stretched out on the soft cool sheets and let out a low contented moan. She rolled over expecting to see Julius’ gorgeous face but all that was there was an empty indented pillow. She pulled herself over and dropped her head on his pillow, inhaling his intoxicating scent.

What a night she had. She had been utterly shocked to discover that Julius was a bear shifter but it couldn’t have come at a better time. She would have been ripped apart by that pack of hungry wolves if his grizzly bear hadn’t rushed in at the last minute to save her.

She had heard rumors of strange men and women who shifted into animals but she always dismissed it as crazy talk. She never believed it but there it was, right in front of her eyes.

Julius was a bear shifter. It was amazing. She had so many questions to ask.
